Age Access Regulation: Raelix intimate relationship check-in application is exclusively available for users aged 18 and above. All services are restricted to adult users with full civil capacity. Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing, registering or using this Application and all its functional services.

1. Policy Introduction & Binding Terms

This Privacy Policy is independently formulated by the Raelix operation team to standardize the entire process of collection, temporary processing, secure storage, authorized use and legal protection of user private data generated during the use of the Raelix intimate relationship check-in Application (hereinafter referred to as "the App").

This policy applies to all scenarios where users use the App’s core services, including uploading intimate relationship check-in photos, editing emotional text records, generating exclusive intimate check-in logs, and viewing personal historical logs at any time. Your continued use of the App confirms that you have reached the age of majority, fully understand all terms of this policy, and voluntarily accept all binding constraints.

If you disagree with any clause of this policy, you have no right to use the App’s check-in recording and log viewing functions, and you shall immediately terminate all use behaviors and uninstall the App if necessary.

2. Adult-Only Service Specification

Raelix is a private intimate relationship recording and check-in tool, focusing on recording daily intimate moments, emotional records and exclusive relationship memories. Considering the privacy and particularity of intimate relationship content, this App implements a strict adult-only access mechanism, and does not provide any service permissions for minor users.

We do not actively collect, store or process any personal information and emotional record content of users under 18 years old. Once we detect or confirm minor users’ unauthorized use, we will permanently erase all their uploaded photos, text check-in records and use traces, and permanently block the corresponding device access authority.

Any data risks, disputes and legal liabilities caused by users concealing their age and illegally using the service shall be independently borne by the users themselves.

3. Scope of User Data Processing

We always adhere to the minimum necessary and privacy priority principle, only collecting and processing data required to realize the intimate relationship check-in log function, without actively collecting any irrelevant sensitive personal information. The specific processed data types are as follows:

3.1 Intimate Check-in Original Content

To help users record and preserve intimate relationship daily moments, we will process the check-in photos actively uploaded by users and customized text content edited independently, including intimate daily records, emotional feelings, relationship memorable moments, check-in time labels and other personalized log content. All content is user-created private information, which is only used for the user’s personal viewing and record management in the App.

3.2 Anonymous Operational Technical Data

To maintain the stable operation of the App, optimize check-in function experience, fix system bugs and ensure normal log generation, we will anonymously collect de-identified technical data during user use, including App running status, function operation logs, basic device parameters and network environment information. This type of data cannot locate individual user identity and will not be associated with users’ private check-in content.

3.3 Active Interactive Feedback Data

When users take the initiative to contact our official email to put forward functional suggestions, service complaints, usage consultation and problem feedback, we will retain the contact information and feedback content actively provided by users to complete targeted after-sales processing and product function optimization iteration.

4. Legal Purpose of Data Usage

All collected user data and private creative content will only be used for the following explicit service operation purposes. We strictly promise not to misuse, leak, trade or illegally transmit user private data in any form without user’s explicit authorization:

• Realize core functions such as intimate relationship photo uploading, emotional text editing, exclusive check-in log generation and real-time personal log viewing;

• Stabilize App system operation, repair functional faults, and continuously optimize the fluency and practicability of intimate check-in and record storage functions;

• Analyze anonymous operational data to iterate product functions, optimize user intimate memory recording experience, and improve service matching degree;

• Identify abnormal and malicious use behaviors, maintain safe, stable and standardized service operation order, and protect user data security;

• Respond to user service consultation, problem feedback and rights protection demands, and provide professional and targeted after-sales support;

• Comply with national laws and regulatory provisions, and respond to legal supervision inspection and judicial inquiry procedures.

5. Data Storage Rules & User Absolute Control

All intimate check-in photos and emotional text logs created and uploaded by users belong to users’ absolute private exclusive content. We adopt end-to-end encryption storage technology to protect user intimate data, and set up independent data isolation zones to prevent private content from being accessed by the public network.

Users have full independent control over all personal check-in log content. You can view, edit, modify, sort and delete your photos and text records at any time through the App’s built-in independent functions. After users actively delete any content, we will completely clear the corresponding data from the server, cache and system database without any residual backup or retention.

Anonymous technical operation logs for system maintenance will be automatically and regularly cleared after the preset maintenance cycle to avoid long-term redundant storage of invalid data.

6. Full-Link Data Security Protection

In view of the high privacy attribute of intimate relationship records, we have built a full-link closed-loop security protection system covering content uploading, data transmission, encrypted storage and daily operation monitoring. We adopt encrypted transmission, private data isolation, real-time risk early warning and hierarchical access control technologies to fully prevent user private content from leakage, tampering, theft and loss.

We implement ultra-strict internal data access management mechanism. Only designated professional technical maintenance personnel can access anonymous non-private operational data, and all data access and operation behaviors are fully recorded, archived and traceable.

Users shall independently bear the responsibility for protecting their personal mobile devices and use environment. We are not liable for private data leakage caused by user’s improper operation, device loss, password disclosure or other personal reasons.

We will never sell, rent, trade or commercially utilize users’ intimate check-in photos, emotional text logs and other private creative content. Without the user’s explicit written authorization, we will not share, transmit or disclose any user private data to any third-party enterprises, institutions or individuals.

We only disclose user data when required by mandatory national laws, administrative regulations and judicial law enforcement procedures. All disclosure behaviors are strictly limited to the legal scope, and no excessive disclosure of user intimate privacy information will be conducted.

8. User’s Independent Legal Rights

As an adult user of this App, you enjoy complete and independent legal control rights over your personal data and intimate creative content:

• Right of Access: You can independently view all saved intimate check-in logs, photos and text records in the App in real time;

• Right of Modification & Deletion: You can freely edit, update, sort and permanently delete personal intimate check-in content and related records;

• Right of Consent Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw your data processing authorization at any time. After withdrawal, we will terminate all data processing behaviors, and you will no longer be able to use the App’s intimate check-in and log recording functions;

• Right of Complaint & Protection: If you find that our data processing behavior infringes your private rights and interests, you can submit a complaint and rights protection application through our official email, and we will verify and handle it in a timely manner.

9. Policy Iteration & Notification Mechanism

We reserve the right to optimize and revise this Privacy Policy according to product function iteration, technical upgrade and adjustment of national legal policies. The latest revised policy will be displayed on the App’s legal statement page with a clear updated date.

Your continued use of the App’s intimate relationship check-in service after the policy update will be deemed as your voluntary acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the updated clauses, you must immediately stop using all App services.
